Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO) is a clear, colorless to straw-yellow hygroscopic liquid with a garlic-like odor, stable under regular conditions, miscible with water and most common organic solvents, and incompatible with strong oxidizing or reducing agents. It acts as an effective polar solvent for unsaturated, nitrogen-containing and aromatic compounds, with specifications including 99.50-99.99% purity, maximum 18.00℃ crystallization point, 1.475-1.4791 refractive index at 20℃, minimum 80.00% transmittance at 400nm, and maximum 0.03mg/g acid value (as KOH). It is widely applied in the pharmaceutical industry, organic synthesis, chemical fiber and petrochemical and other chemical sectors, and can be delivered in custom packaging: 225KG drums (80 drums per 20FT container), 1.1MT IBC tanks (20 tanks per 20FT container), or 22-26MT T11 ISO tanks, with production using H2S/CS2+N2O4+CH3OH as raw materials to produce C2H6OS.
