General Description
Sodium Sulphide (Na₂S), a chemical substance available in red or yellow flake form, with core specifications: minimum 60% Na₂S content, maximum 0.2% Na₂SO₃, maximum 5% Na₂CO₃, and maximum 0.4% water-insoluble substances.
It has extensive application scenarios: it is used in vat dyeing, printing, stripping, reduction cleaning, and bleaching of textile materials including silk, wool, nylon as well as mechanical pulp, thermo-mechanical pulp, deinked pulp, kaolin, and food products such as sugar, honey, gelatin; it serves as a reducing agent for organic synthesis and pharmaceutical production; acts as a flotation agent to sulfidize copper, copper oxide, lead or zinc oxide to make them suitable for collector reaction; is applied in the tanning industry for raw hide depilation and tanning; used for synthesizing organic intermediates, preparing sulfide dyes and as a dyeing auxiliary for cellulose fiber, viscose fiber and vinylon; applied in the pesticide and chemical fertilizer industry to remove elemental sulfur from activated carbon desulfurizers; and used for wastewater treatment.
Three packaging options are provided: 1. 4-layer PP/PE bags, 25kg net weight per bag, 25.5kg gross weight, 36 bags per pallet, 720 bags (880 bags without pallets) per 20GP container, corresponding total gross weight of 18MT / 22MT; 2. 4-layer PP/PE bulk bags, 900kg net weight per bag, 905kg gross weight, 2 bags per pallet, 20 bags (10 pallets) per 20GP container, total gross weight of 18.2MT; 3. 1000L IBC drums, 1.2MT net weight per drum, 1.26MT gross weight, 1 drum per pallet, 20 drums per 20GP container, total gross weight of 25.2MT.
